Randy “White Smoke” Gibson represents his hometown of Aurora, Illinois to the fullest. Since the age of 13, he has been crafting his talents and has since went on to form his own label by the name of Smoke’m Records. He’s opened for artists such as Lord Infamous (3-6 Mafia), Jelly Roll and Lil Wyte and is consistently performing and hosting his own events as well. He also has his own website, Smoke’m Records.com and a Facebook fanpage, facebook.com/whitesmokeofsmokemrecords.
He is currently working on releasing his 5th studio album “Here I Am’ & a Smoke’m Records compilation sometime this year. In the meantime, Smoke is still pushing his 2011 release “Smoke 101″. At 17 tracks long, it features only 1 other artist (Yung Prophecy) and production done entirely by Smoke himself except for “Monstas In The Studio” & “Ready Ta Win”, which was co-produced by friend and engineer Sam Beckley.
The album can be purchased at Amazon.com here: “Smoke 101″ and this is one of the standout cuts from the album, “Ready Ta Win”.
